This a very useful interview, it identifies the EU as having some safe guard
mechanisms, but I have some concern for the optimism in EU affairs, the
region has a habit of swinging from socialist to right-wing sentiments in a
matter of a couple of years and this may make the transition a bit more
crunchy. With North America I think the one thing that PCL and other
similar groups have to really ramp up is the need for community and this
means re-examining what works for the current dearth in community. I think
that PCL has to promote community as the currency of relief. Any opinions?
